  • This feature will only be available on Pro/Enterprise plan accounts, developed specifically upon request. Allows users to set passwords for one or more projects at the same time. From there, the viewer is required to enter the pre-issued password when receiving the link.

  • To set a password for all projects, visit the "Settings" section on the left menu, then select the "Projects" tab and proceed to set a password. You can select/unselect "Require password" to open/lock all existing projects.

  • You can also set a separate password for each project if you want to share it with one or a group of people.

    • According to general settings - The user will be asked to enter the master password that you have set in advance in the "Projects" tab in the "Settings" section of the menu.

    • Requied - Experiencers will be asked to enter the password you create for each specific project.

    • Optional - Users will not need to enter a password when viewing even though all other projects will require a password.

Share project to another account (Pro/Enterprise plan)​

  • This feature will only be available on Pro/Enterprise plan accounts. Feature that allows an Advanced and Enterprise plan account to share one or more initiated projects to other Free, Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise plan accounts. Shared accounts will have the ability to view and edit content for projects in the shared list.

  • To share projects from your Advanced and Enterprise accounts, visit "Settings" in the left menu. Then select the "Members" tab. At this tab, users can add emails of other accounts to the list.

  • After completing the account addition, users return to the "Projects" section to start creating a new project or access already created projects. In these projects, in the "Share" section, the following options will be listed:

    • Don't share - accounts may choose if there is no need to share the project to any other accounts.

    • All members - an account can share a project to all accounts previously added to the list in the "Members" tab.

    • Custom - accounts can share a project to one or more specific accounts previously added to the list in the "Members" tab.

  • For shared accounts, you will be able to view the project list under "Shared" in the left menu. Projects in this section will not be able to share projects to other accounts.
